Golf Tournament 2018

The House of Bread is seeking sponsorship and participation from our community partners as we host our 5th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. It is our goal to assist worthy high school seniors who are beginning their journey in pursuit of their college degree. We invite you to enroll your golf team to participate, sponsor a hole, and or make a donation separate from the tournament sponsorship.

Signature Sponsor: $500 // Hole Sponsor: $75 -- All sponsorship and donations are due by June 30, 2018.

TEAM FEE: $300.00 ($75 PER PERSON) - 4 Person Team
