We understand you have questions. Maybe you've never been to church before. Maybe it's been a long time. Or maybe you've been a lifetime member. Here you will find answers to some of the most common questions we receivee have something for everyone! From the tiniest to the oldest, you'll find a group of people that you can relate to and learn more about God within us! We have small group classes on Sunday mornings and even groups that relate to their interests, you're sure to find your niche and fit in around here!

Many guests now connect to churches first through their websites, we are so glad you chose to visit us online! You should find all the information you'd like to know about BBC within the site, but if you can't find something, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email!

Bethlehem Baptist Churchis a congregation united in God's love, actively sharing that love with all. As a Reconciling congregation, we believe that all persons are recipients of God's grace, regardless of ethinc background, marital status, sexual orientation, or economic condition. Worship Services
If you'd like to visit us in person, then Sunday morning is a great place to begin! Most of the time we have one worship services in all:
Worship Services begin at 10:45am (Special Worship Services are at 3:00pm)
Wednesday Evening Services begin at 6:30pm
When we come together in worship, we praise God for what He has done in and through us, and in the lives of others. We petition Him in prayer and hear His voice as we pray. Our Senior Pastor, Stuart P. Courtney, helps each of us to learn how to live practically through the study of God's Holy & Infallible Word, the Bible

Sunday School
Classes for every age meet simultaneously with each worship service. In this small group setting, you will build friendships and study God's Word at the same time! You can feel comfortable to ask questions because the classes are very relaxed, so be prepared to have fun and be yourself! Small group classes are designed to be relational-- you can make close friends, share your life with others and serve one another. If you think of BBC as a "small church", there's no better way to find a sense of belonging than to get involved in a Sunday School class!

What Should I Wear?
Please, always dress comfortably! Some people dress up, but most wear casual, comfortable clothes on Sunday mornings... this means jeans, t-shirts, polos, khakis, dresses, trousers, pretty much whatever... just please be modest!

When Should I Arrive?
Due to parking and traffic considerations, plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of Worship or Sunday School. It just makes it easier on you and others...

Where Do I Park?
As you enter the campus, drive toward the building directly in front of you, you will see that plenty of space is reserved for our guests right up front!

What About Our Children?
We take the safety and security of your child very seriously. Right now, we do not have a nursery to provide that service. Just advise our greeters that you are new and would like to be assisted to the Children's Sunday School.

Membership Information
We'd love to have you as a part of our family! You can join by letter, by baptism or by profession of faith. By "letter" means that you are a member of a sister church, but want to join BBC... that letter can be moved by you simply letting us know! We take care of all the paperwork. Joining by "baptism" means that you have been saved and either has yet to be baptized or you would like to be baptized again as a re-commitment to Christ. To join by "profession of faith" means that you have accepted Christ as your Savior, but was either baptized at or a member of a church that is no longer operating or at a church that does not keep records of membership. No matter your circumstance, we can help you to become a member of Bethlehem! You can email our Membership Director, Sis. Get Involved!
Take a look at our "Ministries" page to find your heart-tug and get going! What do those folks teaching, serving, learning and growing know that you don't? It's all about purpose--you were made to do something special.God tells us this in His Word... Jeremiah 29: 11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." At BBC, we want you to find real meaning as you develop a passion for serving God!

Read God's Word
The Bible says, "Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God." Reading the Bible is vital to the Christian life. As we read the Bible, we should search the Scriptures, comparing Scripture with Scripture. Also, set a goal to memorize Scripture and meditate on the Word of God. In our personal lives and with our families each day, we need to be reading the Word of God.

 
 
Pray
We believe that God hears and answers prayer. There is no doubt about it, the greatest untapped resource in the Christian life is the matter of prayer. Pray each day. Pray for loved ones. Pray for church leaders and their families. Pray for your church. Pray for our nation. Pray for the lost. Establish a prayer list. Pray.
 
 
 
Attend Church Faithfully
The Lord Jesus Christ deserves your faithfulness. Attend every service of the church. A great deal of the strength of the church is based on the faithfulness of the people. Support special meetings at the church with your faithful attendance.
  
 
 
Give
God's work is to be supported God's way. The Bible teaches that we should pay the tithe and give our offerings. Practice tithing as a conviction. Bring the Lord's tithe with you to church each Sunday. Support the ministries of the church with offerings. By faith give to worldwide missions. Support the Christian education endeavors of the church. We cannot out give God.
 
 
 
Witness to the Lost
Our Lord Jesus Christ came to seek and to save that which was lost. He left us on earth to tell others about the Savior. Determine to bring others to the Savior. Work to bring other families to Christ and to the church. Set a time to go. Make a list of names and addresses of people you want to reach for Christ.
 
 
 
Determine to Be a
Five-Star Christian

This is a time when you can be a real help and encouragement to your pastor. May God help you to work together to see something beyond the ordinary accomplished for Christ through your church.
